Is CorboPro really free?
Yes. CorboPro has a Free plan that is free forever — it’s not a trial that expires, it doesn’t ask for a credit card at sign-up and it doesn’t charge you anything later. On it you already use the lead CRM with a visual pipeline, session scheduling, digital contracts with e-signature and photo approval with your clients, within the plan limits. Paid plans are for those who need more: they raise the limits on leads, galleries and contracts and unlock modules such as finance with payment links, quotes by link, session guides, the album designer and team management — and they include CorboPro’s ready-made contract and quote templates. Do I need to be tech-savvy?
No. CorboPro was built for photographers, not tech people. A simple interface available in English, Spanish and Portuguese, with support that actually answers.
Do my clients need to download an app?
No. Your clients get everything by link — proposal, contract, payment and photo selection — right in their phone’s browser.
How do I get paid by my clients?
You connect your own Stripe account to CorboPro (or Mercado Pago, in Brazil) and create payment links by credit card — and, in Brazil, also by PIX and in installments. Your client gets the link by WhatsApp or in their portal, pays on the phone, and the money goes straight into your account with the payment provider — CorboPro never holds the money or sits in the middle of the payout, and charges no commission on sales. In the finance dashboard you see what’s been paid, what’s pending and what’s overdue, with receipts generated automatically for every approved payment. You can charge the deposit and balance of a contract, extra photos chosen in the gallery, products like albums and videos, and even a rescheduling fee — all linked to the right client, without reconciling bank statements and spreadsheets at the end of the month.
I already use spreadsheets or another system. Is switching a lot of work?
You don’t need to stop your studio to switch systems. What we recommend is a gradual move: you create the free account, add only your upcoming sessions and new clients to CorboPro, and leave the old history where it is — within a few weeks your whole day-to-day runs on the platform naturally.
